This Privacy Policy explains how Westbridge Systems SIA (registration No. 40203756927, registered address: Līdumnieku iela 16‑4, Kumbuļi, Demenes pagasts, Augšdaugavas novads, LV‑5442, Latvia; “we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data collected through the website westbridgesystems.eu (the “Website”) and in the course of providing our web development services.

2. What data we collect
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Contact and enquiry data — name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, when you submit our contact form, email us or call us.
- Contractual and billing data — name, business details, address, bank details and invoicing history, when you become our client.
- Technical and usage data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and interaction data, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookies Policy).
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health or political opinions) and ask you not to include such information in your enquiries.

- Enquiry data — up to 2 years after our last communication, unless a contract follows.
- Contractual and billing data — for the duration of the contract and thereafter as required by Latvian accounting law (generally 5 years).
- Analytics data — according to the retention periods described in our Cookies Policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers acting as our processors — hosting providers, email services and analytics providers — under data processing agreements;
- Professional advisers — accountants, auditors and lawyers, where necessary;
- Public authorities — where required by law (e.g. the State Revenue Service).
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request rectification of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv) or your local supervisory authority.

7. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular software updates.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website.
